Leading and mentoring a dedicated team of 3 accounts receivable professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.Collaborating closely with the Controller to develop and implement strategies for optimizing cash flow, minimizing delinquencies, and enhancing overall financial performance.Overseeing the full cycle of accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, payment posting, collections, dispute resolution, and reconciliations.Monitoring and analyzing accounts receivable metrics, generating insightful reports for management review, and making data-driven recommendations to drive process improvements.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, resolving any issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.Staying updated on industry best practices, regulations, and trends to ensure compliance and adherence to accounting standards.
